Tag: Three-Day Lyrical Challenge (Take 2) | Day 1

TOP TEN TUESDAY_.png

You might remember me doing this three-day lyrical challenge a few weeks ago. (If not, here’s day 1, day 2, and day 3.) It was so hard to choose just three songs that I love, so I was very excited (as usual) when Jenna tagged me to do it again! ❤

The rules are simple:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Share one of your favorite song/lyrics one at a time for three days.
  3. Nominate three other bloggers each day.

If you ever see me listening to something that’s very good and not very well-known, it probably means that Daniel told me about it. He’s much cooler than me and is always telling me the best things to read and listen to. But anyway, I adore this song and I have already forced everybody I know to listen to it several times. I’m about three seconds away from hijacking the office Sonos to replace Michael Buble radio with dodie.

I wanna pick you up and scoop you out
I want the secrets your secrets haven’t found

Paint me in trust
I’ll be your best friend
Call me the one
This night just can’t end
Oh oh

Will you share your soul with me?
Unzip your skin and let me have a see

Paint me in trust
I’ll be your best friend
Call me the one
This night just can’t end
Oh oh

Oh, I’m so human;
We’re just human

Lean for me, and I’ll fall back
You’ll fit so nicely, you’ll keep me intact

Paint me in trust
I’ll be your best friend
Call me the one
This night just can’t end
Oh oh

I want to give you your grin
So tell me you can’t bear a room that I’m not in

Paint me in trust
I’ll be your best friend
Call me the one
This night just can’t end
Oh oh

Oh, I’m so human;
We’re just human

This time around, I’m tagging: Anj 🌺 Annie 🌺 Caidyn

As always, no pressure! Let me know if you love tags and I’ll add you to my list! Let me know if you hate tags and I’ll stop bothering you! And if I didn’t tag you and you think this looks like fun, please do it and link back to me so I can see your answers! ❤

Page Count: September 2018

So I think September is going on record as my worst reading month of 2018. I actually, overall, liked the books a lot more than I did in August, but I also had an entire week where all I did was try (and fail) to read The Last Time I Lied. Luckily, a lot of what I read was very good, and October is a new month. 🙂
