1 thing this week:
- I don’t really have any exciting news this week. I was so busy with last-minute moving things last weekend that I was kind of a zombie all week. I’m just glad it’s the weekend again so I can finally relax. Aside from normal things like grocery shopping and going to the library, I have zero plans.
Blog hopping:
- I really haven’t been the best about blog hopping this week, but I did really enjoy Ally’s post about book covers! (I also found out, because of her post, that TEOTFW is actually a book and not just a show.)
Song of the week:
I popped Glitterbug into my car’s stereo while I was driving back to work after a doctor’s appointment this week and I just had so much fun jamming out to this song! Sometimes I forget how much I love The Wombats. (It’s a lot. I love them a lot.)

How was your week? What’s the best thing you read or listened to? Anything interesting happening in your life? Let’s talk in the comments!

The best book I read this week was Winterhued by E.H. Alger. It was the first book I’ve received in exchange for a review, and I was so relieved that I actually loved it! Having done this first one makes me feel better for the other books to come😊

Thanks for the review of the week. My family just got back from Spring Break in Mass, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire and Niagara Falls…had a ton of time to read and update my blog with pictures! Fun times had by all, even my crazy kids who will deny everything.
Best thing I read (or in this case, listened to): Tim Ferriss’ blog interview with Neil Gaiman. Can’t get enough Neil Gaiman these days (The Graveyard Book, Neverwhere and American Gods – read them all in the last few months). The interview is long, close to 2 hours! But worth it just to hear his voice, super dynamic. Some might hear him and think “pretentious,” “snooty” or whatever. But I heard in Neil Gaiman someone who truly enjoys his craft. And I really enjoy him. Take care!

That sounds like a lot of fun! I live on the east coast but haven’t done a lot of traveling around here. Of the places you visited, I’ve only been to Maine (and that was about 20 years ago). Niagara Falls sounds like a ton of fun and I’d love to visit someday.
That interview sounds great! I’ve never really gotten into Neil Gaiman, but I’ve heard such great things about his books. I have a bunch of them on my TBR. 🙂
