Top Ten Tuesday: Auto-buy authors

Happy Top Ten Tuesday! Today’s theme is auto-buy authors. I tend to check out most books from the library, either physically or via Overdrive/Hoopla, so although I own two very full bookcases of books, it’s not actually that often that I go out specifically intending to buy a certain book.

Anyway, I definitely don’t have ten auto-buy authors, but here are the ones I could come up with!

Jenn Bennett

I’ve loved everything I’ve ever read from Jenn Bennett. I request every ARC I can and also own finished copies of most of her books. She’s so great. ❤

R.S. Grey

Another great author is R.S. Grey. By now, I’ve read almost everything that she’s written, and almost everything has been amazing. It definitely helps that her books are usually $0.99 or maybe $2.99 at the most for Kindle.

Krista & Becca Ritchie

Krista & Becca Ritchie have been on my auto-buy list for years now, but I’m not entirely sure that they’re staying there. I was so, so, so disappointed with Tangled Like Us that I’m not sure I want to continue with the series. I do have The Last Hope coming up soon on my TBR, so we’ll see how I feel about that one.

Rainbow Rowell

You could say that I’m a pretty big fan of Rainbow Rowell, you know, since I own everything she’s ever written (except Runaways, I guess) and I’ve already preordered both Wayward Son and Pumpkinheads.

V.E. Schwab // Victoria Schwab

I believe that I own all of Schwab’s adult books, and I also own a few of her YA books. I love Vicious, I loved the Shades of Magic series, I loved the Monsters of Verity duology, and I haven’t read The Archived yet, but I do own it.
