We’re more than a week into August and I’ve just now decided to participate in ARC August, a reading challenge hosted over at Read.Sleep.Repeat. This is a pretty simple reading challenge where you just aim to read as many ARCs as you possibly can during the month of August!
This reading challenge works out pretty well for me because I haven’t really been in the mood for a lot of ARCs recently. I’m hoping this challenge will be the push that I need to get through at least the ARCs with upcoming publication dates.
Without further ado, this is the list of ARCs I have that are currently awaiting reviews…

I am definitely not expecting to get through all of these ARCs in August, but fingers crossed that I’ll finish a lot of them! (I’d even be happy if I finished like three.) The ones I’m most excited to read are The Babysitters Coven, Permanent Record, and The Lady Rogue. I’m also really looking forward to reading WaterColor Wishes and The Last Hope, both of which I’m hoping to get through soon.

I’m reading The Lady Rogue now and I freaking love it! Granted, I’m only on Chapter 9 but it hasn’t let me down yet! Also, I’m so jealous that you got Queen of the Conquered! The two books with a serpent on their covers are the third and fourth I am seeing in the last two months. It seems like a new trend now. Snakes on a book cover. 😀

I want to hear all about Queen of the Conquered. I’m hoping for an Arc of it at the end of next month <fingers crossed) but not sure.

Thank you! I heard from Orbit today it is looking good!! So yay! It won’t be till the end of Sept/beginning of Oct but it looks good! Empire of Ashes is also looking good! I was pretty highly doubtful on both.
