1. I’ve recently started taking my sixteen-year-old cat on walks and now she never stops screaming at the door.

Would you rather relax by reading a new book or by re-reading a well loved book?

Definitely reading a new book! My TBR is always expanding so I’m always trying to get it down.

What is your favorite fairytale or myth?

I don’t think if it’s my favorite, but I do like the myth/urban legend of Skinned Tom, who punishes people for cheating on their significant others.

Is there a book or film that’s your guilty pleasure?

I don’t believe in guilty pleasures! If you like it, you like it. Life’s too short to feel bad about the books and movies you like.

If you could master one skill instantly, what would it be?

I actually just answered this one in a different tag! I would love to be able to sing well without any effort on my part.

Dusk or dawn?

Dusk! I get up before dawn for work and it’s definitely not my favorite thing.

What is your favourite book series/duology? No restriction on number of books as long as there is more than one!

In general, I usually prefer standalones, so this is kind of a tricky question. I will say I just finished the Renegades series earlier this week and really enjoyed it!

What is your favourite book-to-tv/movie adaptation?

I thought the Love, Simon movie was really fun. I also really loved the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before adaptation!

How do you choose the next book you read? By cover? Following a series? By mood? By deadline?

Usually I try to read whichever has the soonest due date (either ARC or library book) but I’ve been really bad about that recently. Now I’m just picking up (or setting aside) whatever I feel like.

What season do you read the most books? Or does it impact your reading?

My reading is usually pretty consistent! I think I usually read a little bit more in winter because I usually have more vacation days then.

Maple syrup or table syrup? (as someone who lives in a maple syrup capital there is only one right answer here! haha)

Is table syrup the fake stuff? If so, then definitely real maple syrup.
