- There is currently a cat napping on my lap.
- I recently got to clean out my cubicle because we’re home for another three months (at least) and I was very excited to be able to grab my candy stash.
- I have a COVID antibody test pending and I am very curious to find out whether that’s what made me so sick a few months ago.

Which character in a book series do you want to become… if given a chance?
I feel like every time I answer this question, I say Lucy from The Hating Game because she gets to banter with Joshua and work in publishing. I was going to mix it up a little bit, but I literally cannot think of another character I’d want to be.
What is the book that reminds you of your childhood?
So many! But if I had to pick just one… Mr. Bell’s Fixit Shop. My grandma used to read it to me when I spent the night at her house.
Will you be happy to meet your fellow book bloggers around the world? Of course, after the coronavirus.
Sure! Maybe once book conventions and signings are a thing again, I’ll get to meet some people. 🙂
Who is your most hated character in a book?
Unpopular opinion, but I am not a big fan of Gavin from The Bromance Book Club. I know a lot of readers love him, but in an attempt to win back Thea’s affection, he does so many of the same manipulative things my ex did trying to win me back.
What is your favorite movie adaptation of a book?
I don’t watch a lot of adaptations, so I’ll just go with the first one that came to mind… Matilda!

Like I said, I don’t watch a lot of adaptations. Possibly The Golden Compass? It’s been a long time since I watched it, but I just remember it being confusing.
Pick your favorite TV show – what’s your favorite episode and why?
One fun fact about me is that I don’t really watch a lot of TV. It’s so hard to choose a favorite show… maybe Bob’s Burgers? My favorite Bob’s Burgers episode would be all of them. I could never get sick of that show.

None of them, sorry! I am not a Cassandra Clare fan.
