Killing the TBR

Killing the TBR is my way of holding myself accountable for all of my one-clicks. I’m a bit of a book hoarder and usually have more than a hundred books on my physical TBR. I’ve been doing this challenge on and off since September of 2015. It’s pretty straightforward.

Each month, I must read:

  • three books that I own
  • that I obtained more than three months ago
  • or else I am not allowed to obtain more books

Initially, I just stopped myself from buying new books, but starting in 2018, I also decided to put a freeze on requesting ARCs, borrowing from the library, and signing up for blog tours. I post reviews for these books on most Fridays. Find them all here.

100 Book Challenge Progress

I challenged myself to read at least 100 books in 2018 and I met that goal in June! See all my 2018 books here.
