Between reading challenges, new releases, and ARCs, I’ve got a huge stack of books that I want to read this year. We’re already 20 days into 2019, but I figured that I would compile a list of the books I definitely want to get to this year so I can hold myself accountable!
ALREADY OWNED
UPCOMING RELEASES
BOOKS TO GET FROM THE LIBRARY
I’ll be checking in once in June and again at the end of the year. Hopefully I’ll make some good progress on my TBR! Have you read any of these books? Which should I read first? Let’s talk in the comments!
That’s some list! Have fun and good luck with it 🙂 Release is really, really good!!

I love Tana French’s books, and Practical Magic (both the book and the movie) is great!

I’ve read two of French’s books so far and I’ve loved both of them! I’m really excited to read more from her. And I tend to really enjoy Alice Hoffman’s books, so I’m excited for that one as well. I’m glad to hear that you recommend them! 🙂

I’ve been making my way through French’s Dublin Murder Squad books via audiobook in my car, and I’m most of the way through the last one. Once I get through The Witch Elm, I will be waiting for her next book along with everyone else!
I have The Rules of Magic on my TBR. It’s just a matter of getting around to it. I should do it soon. Practical Magic was great!

I’ve actually read The Rules of Magic even though I haven’t read Practical Magic. It was great!

This list is so aesthetically pleasing 😍 do you own all those books in physical copies?! If so, your bookshelf must be massive and I am jealous!

Thank you! The majority are physical copies, but my bookshelf is most definitely not massive! (Maybe someday.) I mostly just have tons of piles in my bedroom!

Ok… I’m going to pick two out: The Keeper of Lost Causes and the subsequent books are my favorite police/ thriller series of all time… Sadie was one of my favorite reads of last year and the book I’ve been recommending most to people.
Happy Reading!!! So many good ones there!!

That’s so great to hear! I’ve owned The Keeper of Lost Causes for what seems like forever, so I’ll need to move that up in the list. And I’m a little nervous to read Sadie just because of the subject matter, but I’ve only heard great things.

I hope you get to finish Throne Of Glass series in 2019. I’m actually reading the last book atm. I so want to read Wayward Son already. I’m so exited about it! Other books want to read from this list are The Bride Test, Saga (I loaned volume 7 from the library I just need to read it).
I’ve actually read Shiver many years ago. I still need to read the third book.
